You identify and qualify entrepreneurs. Sell the VOS Assessment, guide the Decision Ascent methodology, and hand off qualified mandates to the Advisor.

Phase 2 · Structuring

Advisor

"You build the system."

You implement the VOS Standard at the client. Build the Vault, steer AI-DD, deliver score updates. You make companies deal-ready — systematically.

Phase 3 · Transaction

Principal

You take over after internal clearance. Buyer search, negotiation, closing. No operational data gathering — only top-level dealmaking.
